We have been into data recovery and management for years and, hence, have acquired complete understanding of the data recovery process and how files are written and retrieved from drive. While analyzing some defragmentation tools available in the market, we came across an inconsistency which took us by complete surprise. The post defragmented report generated by these tools, included the count of files, which in effect, were not defragmented. Left to the mercy of these tools, users always stand misinformed. This has inspired us to develop a tool which gives users the exact defrag picture.
We have made an honest attempt to inform users about files that couldn’t be defragmented or couldn't be moved because of lack of space. In the process, we are trying not to mislead users relying on a tool, hoping that it will move those files and speed-up their drives. Since our attempt has been to make defragmentation software which reflects nothing but the correct post defragmented picture, we have concentrated on the core of these applications i.e. file defragmentation criterion.
We are in the process of adding more features to the software which will be available in the upcoming builds.
